About David Robinson

David’s corporate experience commenced with an eight-year stint at PBL Marketing and Channel 9 Sport, before moving into a national marketing role with the Australian Cricket Board (ACB) based in Melbourne. 

Following his role at the ACB, David moved back to Sydney to develop communications strategies for major public sector improvement projects in Central Sydney. Significant achievements included stakeholder management for Sydney City’s pre-2000 Olympics, $300 million public domain improvement program, as well as public relations and issues management responsibility for Australia’s largest retail precinct Pitt Street Mall and other open spaces in Central Sydney.

David has extensive experience developing retail marketing partnerships with some of Australia’s major retailers through a jointly funded multi million dollar annual marketing program between the City of Sydney and major retailers including Westfield, David Jones, Myer, and Ipoh.

In addition to his depth of practical business experience, David holds a Masters degree in Communications Management focusing on best practice, stakeholder engagement for government and the property development industry.
